CHRISTINE (CHRISTY) MARR

Christy Marr has over eighteen years of experience in working with retailers. She specializes in providing corporate real estate services, including strategic planning and site selection services. She has successfully completed over 1,000 transactions nationally.

She managed the multi-market store expansion for the New AT&T, overseeing the lease negotiations for over 400 stores and a broker network of over 90 field brokers. Her team provided decision-making support tools to help this retailer increase their volume of store openings and their speed to market.

EDWARD J. (NED) MOODY

Ned Moody has over fifteen years of experience in working with retailers. Prior to working in his own consulting business, he was Manager of Retail Strategic Services at CB Richard Ellis. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Moody worked in Accenture's (formerly Andersen Consulting) global retail practice where he focused on client engagements and was a member of The Retail Place, the firm's global research and development center for retail strategies located in Chicago, Illinois.

Early in his career, Mr. Moody held various management positions in both full and quick service restaurants, located in San Francisco and Minneapolis, including General Manager of a 100 seat full-service restaurant and General Manager of four quick-service restaurants for Taco Bell Corporation. He has been involved in a significant number of client engagements for Fortune 100 retailers over the past several years including the New AT&T and The Home Depot.

Mr. Moody received his B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and his M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Management Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

ANDY EDDY

Andy Eddy has over 20 years experience in real estate, facilities and construction management. He specializes in providing corporate real estate, strategic planning, process and portfolio assessment services.

Prior to joining NorthStar Advisory, Mr. Eddy successfully built and managed the national retail real estate, facilities and construction functions of a fortune 100 company. During his tenure, the company saw a 700% growth in their retail units.

Mr. Eddy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) where he has earned the designation of Certified Facility Manager (CFM).

ACHIEVEMENTS

Andy Eddy was responsible for directing the retail real estate department that experienced a 55% improvement in the time to get stores open (over 150 days), a 33% increase in the sales per store, and a 25% reduction in the physical operating costs per unit. Previously, he was a Presidents Club member with LA Cellular for improving real estate efficiency, and spent over 7 years as a real estate broker with the Charles Dunn Company representing a number of clients.

EDUCATION

Mr. Eddy earned a B.A. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
